BABY DEDICATION

A Baby/Child Dedication is a commitment by the parents and the church to provide an opportunity for the child to know and experience what it means to follow God. For this reason, a Baby/Child Dedication is defined by the following criteria:

• The parents must be followers of Christ. For a child to be dedicated, the dedicating parent(s) must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

• The parent(s) must attend Grace Assembly. This allows us as a family to fulfill our commitment to the child and the parent(s).

Forms MUST be submitted no later than TWO WEEKS before the dedication date for processing.
