Grace Assembly is actively monitoring the COVID-19 / Coronavirus pandemic and the impact it has on the health and well-being of our staff, volunteers, partners, congregation and community at large. We encourage all members to follow the Provincial Health Guidelines & World Health Organization (WHO) guidance as to how to conduct ourselves in these times.

SCREENING
All members must be screened prior to entering the sanctuary
FACIAL COVER
All members MUST wear masks at ALL times inside the building
HAND HYGIENE
Proper hand washing MUST be in place upon entrance in the building and throughout
DISTANCE
Must maintain social distancing 2m/6ft at ALL times
SELF SCREEN
Please self-screen before coming to Church
Have you been out of the country in the past 14 days?
Have you been exposed to anyone who tested positive to Covid-19?
Are you over the age of 65?
Do you have any underlying health conditions?
Are you pregnant?
Are you under the age of 16?
Are you presenting with any of the following symptoms?
Fever (temperature of 37.8°C or greater)
New or worsening cough
Shortness of breath (dyspnea)
Sore throat
Difficulty swallowing
New olfactory or taste disorder(s)
Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain
Runny nose or nasal congestion – in absence of underlying reason for these symptoms such as seasonal allergies
Chills
Headaches
Croup
Conjunctivitis
